2026-01-05 - 2026 Newsletter Available!
The 2026 Newsletter is being mailed the week of Jan 4, 2026. The letter is also available online here.
2026-01-05 - 2026 FEES NOW DUE. 2025 FEES ARE PAST DUE!
Annual fees for 2026 are now due. Please remit your payment on or before March 1, 2026. Approximately 18 properties are in arrears for past dues owed. If you have not made your dues payment for 2025, please send them in ASAP to avoid fees or liens!
Property Ownership at Pleasure Point
PPPOA Covenants
The Pleasure Point neighborhood was established in 1984 when the original covenants governing the association were drafted. These covenants remain in effect, but are in process of revision in 2026, so please check back frequently for updates and revisions.

Bedford GIS
The PPPOA maintains community property data, but for privacy reasons the association and its officers will not publicly share this data. For public information about property, interested existing or potential property owners should contact Bedford County.
Outdoor Activities
Pleasure Point offers abundant opportunities for outdoor activities. Lake access is convenient with a community boat ramp open to residents, or enjoy community spaces where you can reconnect with nature. The Smith Mountain Lake area has abundant activities for all interests!
